User Agreement

1. Agreement Acceptance

Welcome to the IoT services of SimtoLink (Shenzhen Daxi Technology Co., Ltd.). This user agreement ("this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and SimtoLink about your use of the services. By accessing or using the services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SimtoLink supplies:

• IoT SIM cards (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G)
• International IoT SIM cards (more than 200 countries and regions)
• Communication modules and smart hardware
• The IoT Cloud Platform
• Industry solutions and technical support

3. User Rights and Obligations

3.1 User Rights

• Use the IoT services SimtoLink supplies
• Get technical support and customer service in good time
• Raise a complaint or a suggestion about service quality
• Use the services you bought, on the terms of this agreement

3.2 User Obligations

• Give registration information that is true, accurate, and complete
• Pay service fees on time
• Use the service lawfully, and not for activity that breaks the law or the rules
• Keep account information secure, and do not give it to a third party
• Follow applicable laws and the rules for using the network

4. Service Fees and Payment

4.1 Fees follow the plan you choose. The price is the official quote.

4.2 You pay by the method and on the date agreed.

4.3 If you pay late for a reason on your side, SimtoLink may suspend or end the service.

5. Service Changes and Termination

5.1 SimtoLink may change, upgrade, or end a service.

5.2 If maintenance or an upgrade interrupts the service, SimtoLink will tell you beforehand.

5.3 You may ask to end the service at any time, and you remain responsible for the related charges.

6. Privacy Protection

SimtoLink protects user privacy. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 SimtoLink owns the intellectual property in the services, software, and technology it supplies.

7.2 Without written consent from SimtoLink, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use that intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer

8.1 SimtoLink is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure.

8.2 SimtoLink is not liable for direct or indirect loss from your use of the services.

8.3 If a network fault or system maintenance interrupts the service, SimtoLink will work to restore it and is not liable for the loss.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 The laws of the People's Republic of China govern the signing, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement.

9.2 The parties will try to settle a dispute by discussion. If that fails, either party may sue in the people's court where SimtoLink is located.

10. Modification of the Agreement

10.1 SimtoLink may revise these terms when it needs to.

10.2 After a revision, a notice goes on the official website. If you keep using the service, you accept the revised agreement.
