Safer e-bike charging, so every session can be left unattended with confidence
China has more than 400 million electric bicycles, and charging safety is now a daily problem. Fires from indoor charging, improvised wiring, and overcharge are common, and they put lives and property at risk. SimtoLink places smart chargers in shared spaces such as residential compounds, business parks, and wet markets. IoT monitoring and safety protection keep charging orderly. Riders can scan a code, tap a card, or use an app, and billing settles itself, which is how operators earn from the site. Smoke detection, overcharge protection, and temperature monitoring are there to stop a charge from becoming a fire.
A safer, simpler way to run e-bike charging
A built-in smoke detector cuts power and sounds a light-and-siren alarm as soon as smoke appears. Overcharge control limits time and energy, and power drops when the battery is full. A temperature sensor watches the rise during the session and stops the charge if it looks wrong.
Riders can pay with a WeChat or Alipay code, a phone app, or an IC card. They do not need a long sign-up. A scan lets them pick a duration or an energy amount, and the session settles when it ends.
One cabinet can offer 4, 8, or 12 sockets. Each outlet is metered and billed on its own. A full battery disconnects so an idle plug is not held all day, and status lights show every outlet at a glance.
The operations platform uses 4G IoT to watch status, charge records, and faults on every cabinet. Offline units, damaged sockets, and abnormal power raise an alert so technicians can go to the right cabinet and cut downtime.
Charge by time, by energy, or per session, and set different prices by time of day. Revenue is counted as it comes in, and several operators can split the take. Monthly passes and stored-value cards keep riders coming back.
Each cabinet reports energy, revenue, peak load, and fault rate, and those figures become an operations report. Usage patterns show where to add or move cabinets, so the investment return can keep improving.
