Overview
A global dashboard is how operators see devices that are not in one country. It gives a single view (single pane of glass), live monitoring, usage analytics, and a KPI board. SimtoLink International IoT Cloud Platform (ICMP) provides that board end to end, across 200+ countries and regions, for 500+ enterprise customers and more than 10 million connected devices.
A single pane for the estate
Roll SIMs and devices up by country or region, operator, customer, or group. Filter, drill in, and export, so the cross-border picture is one view.
Live figures, and an alert when they cross a line
Device status, usage, and roaming refresh as they change. Set alert rules and thresholds, and send the event out by webhook so operations can act.
What the board has to show
Teams need one visual view worldwide, totals they can drill into, data handling that meets GDPR and data localization, and alerts that reach operations while the event is still current. ICMP provides the global dashboard, usage and cost reports, alert settings, an API, and boards you can define, and the same view scales as the estate grows.
How the figures stay available
The dashboard service uses a microservices architecture and is held to an SLA of 99.9%, with technical support 7×24. TLS encrypts what the board loads, IAM and RBAC decide which views a person can open, and the audit trail logs access and exports.
- One pane, so nobody is switching consoles or pasting numbers into a spreadsheet
- A REST API for BI, ERP, and the exports those teams already expect
- Totals you can drill into, with KPIs and reports defined for the business
- A customer-success manager to lay out the boards and keep them useful
Decisions the board is meant to support
From a blank board to a daily view
Work through requirements review → solution design → a proof of concept (POC) → scaled deployment → ongoing tuning. SimtoLink configures the boards, the KPIs, and the alert rules, opens a POC environment, and helps with the API and training. Contact SimtoLink to decide which numbers belong on the first board.
